Spotless Water Systems
$545.00
A Spotless Car Wash System incorporates advanced technologies and processes to ensure vehicles are thoroughly cleaned without causing damage to their surfaces. This system typically includes various components such as high-pressure water jets, gentle scrubbing materials, or even touchless cleaning methods to cater to different vehicle types and drivers’ preferences. These systems often also feature automated soap and detergent dispensers, water recycling systems to minimize waste, and advanced drying mechanisms. Overall, the goal is to provide an efficient, effective, and environmentally friendly car wash experience.
Don’t Let Water Spots Ruin Your Day
Water spots result from dissolved salts and minerals drying on your work surface. Remove these annoying spot-causing contaminants and allow the water to dry without leaving any spots by passing water through a filter system that grabs the dissolved solids and releases hydrogen and oxygen. This process is called deionization and has been used by manufacturing and the medical profession for decades. The result is you can wash, rinse, and walk away.

Description
The Spotless water systems are a process that uses filtered water to remove any impurities. Furthermore, it’s a great way to ensure your car, RV, and Windows on the beach or in the desert come out clean and shining, without any water spots left behind. Also, the exact details might vary depending on the wash you choose, but typically it involves a final rinse with filtered water that leaves your products spot-free.
By employing the ion exchange principle, we can produce pure water through the deionization process. Additionally, this innovative method removes the minerals that cause unsightly spots in the water, resulting in a pristine final product. In addition, when used as intended, this system will produce low total dissolved solids or TDS (less than 20 ppm)pure water for spotless cleaning.
How it works
The spotless water systems use standard garden hose connections allowing it to easily connect between the park faucet and your RV or boat. Furthermore, the unit comes fully assembled and ready for use and requires no tools or electricity to operate and get started. Finally, this product can be attached to your household water supply to effectively filter hard minerals out of your water supply to give you a spot-free rinse.
Product Features
- Easy 5-minute setup.
- Standard garden hose hookup/ No electricity required.
- Instant DI Water for your mobile washing
- business or at-home use.
- Additionally, no scratches on your vehicle from hand drying with towels or chamois.
- Also, no More Water spots: Our System, water de-ionizing system takes out all of the minerals in your water so you can just wash, rinse and let your vehicle “Air Dry”.
- Electricity-Free
- Maintenance-Free
- Quick Hose Connections
- Travel-friendly and portable
- Finally, it takes out a lot of the minerals in the water
A spotless pure water system extracts all solids from your water to produce laboratory-grade water. Which leaves a spot-free rinse every time. Finally, you can use it for at-home use, solar panel washing, and mobile car detailing. Other areas include window cleaning or any number of professions that require deionized water. Finally, this deionized water system allows you to make pure water anywhere at a fraction of the cost.

Resins
Deionized water is typically produced by removing ions, minerals, and impurities from regular water. This is commonly achieved through the use of ion exchange resins, which are designed to attract and bind ions present in the water.
Cation exchange resins are designed to remove positively charged ions, such as calcium and magnesium, while anion exchange resins remove negatively charged ions, such as chloride and sulfate. When water passes through these resins, the ions are exchanged and removed, resulting in deionized water.
It’s important to note that the specific type and composition of the resins used can vary depending on the deionization system and the desired level of purity for the deionized water.
To give you a bit more detail, ion exchange resins are made up of small beads or granules that are composed of a polymer matrix. Within this matrix, there are “active sites” that attract and retain ions through a process of electrostatic attraction.
Cation exchange resins contain negatively charged functional groups that attract and retain positively charged ions, while anion exchange resins contain positively charged functional groups that attract and retain negatively charged ions. As water flows through a deionization system containing these resins, the ions present in the water are exchanged with the ions on the resin, gradually leading to the removal of ions and the production of deionized water.
This process results in water that is free from electrically charged atoms or molecules, commonly referred to as ions, and is therefore suitable for applications where the presence of minerals and impurities could cause issues, such as in laboratory work, manufacturing processes, and washing systems for spot-free rinsing.

Q&A
Q: Can I water my plants with Spotbye pure water
A: You don’t need purified water for your plants thus we would not recommend it.
Q: Can I run heated water through the Spotbye pure water system
A: The Spotless system has a maximum temperature of 100 degrees Fahrenheit.
Q: Should L use Spotbye pure water for the whole process of car washing
A: It is recommended to use in the final rinse.
Q: What value of PPM will Leave my vehicle with a spot-free rinse?
A: We have provided these ranges over the years: Excellent level: less than 15 ppm.
Satisfactory range: Greater than 15 ppm but less than 50 ppm. Unsatisfactory level: Greater than 50 ppm.
{Depends on the coloration of the vehicle, degree of stainless, and one’s acceptance level).
Q: Will this harm the paint on my vehicle?
A: No, Spotbye pure water used to obtain a spot-free rinse has been used for applications including autos/ class a RVs/ small airplanes/motorcycles / both residential & business windows plus many car washing businesses use this for their final rinse. Beach Homes where sodium coats the windows.
Q: What do I do with the used resin once I refill the tank?
A: The resin is non-hazardous and can be disposed of through normal waste disposal processes. Always dispose by federal, state, and local regulations.
Q: Is the Spotbye pure water safe to drink?
A: We do not recommend drinking it.
Q: When should I replace the cartridge?
A: An acceptable TDS ceiling will vary from customer to customer and is greatly dependent upon the coloration of the vehicle. Most customers will operate between 20-40 ppm of TDS, mid-thirties seems to be a fairly wide acceptance level. Contact the supplier to get a cartridge replacement.
Advantages / Disadvantages
The advantage of a spot-free wash is that it can leave your product looking clean and shiny without the unsightly water spots that can occur when using regular tap water. This can give your car a more polished appearance.
One potential disadvantage is that some spot-free wash systems may use resins that need to be replaced as once the impurities exhaust the resins, they are no longer good to use. Additionally, depending on the wash facility, the cost of a spot-free washing may be higher than a traditional wash.
It’s important to research the specific spot-free wash system used and the environmental practices of the car wash facility to ensure that it aligns with your preferences and values.
